Group Training

You will be coached from start to finish, and motivated to reach your full potential, during every Group Training Session.

To enable you to Train effectively and within a well organised environment, A1 Performance Studio is separated into three Zones:

Red Zone - This is the cardio area where you train to develop your aerobic and anaerobic fitness. Be prepared to work hard through a series of High Intensity Intervals, OR, at a manageable, consistent pace.

Blue Zone - Here you will develop your Strength with a variety of low or high repetition dumbbell and barbell exercises. We will coach you through every rep to ensure the weight is suitable to your ability and you learn a safe and controlled technique.

Green Zone - Designed for functional training, which involves challenging, everyday movement exercises. This form of training will help you to perform the activities of daily life more easily.

Combining these three forms of Training at A1 Performance Studio, helps to improve your fitness, maintain and develop muscle mass, become leaner, and leave the Studio feeling more energised.
